That the State of Florida, for and in Consideration of 
the Sum of One dollar & forty two 2/3 Cents per acre 
paid by Archilaus Hague of the County of Alachua 
State of Florida, hath granted, bargained and 
Sold, and Doth by these presents, Grant, Bargain
Sell and Convey unto the Said Archilaus Hague
and his heirs and assigns forever, the following
described lands, to wit: The North Half of the South
East Quarter and the North East Quarter of the
South West Quarter of Section Sixteen, in Township
Eight South of Range, Nineteen East Containing
One hundred & twenty Six 66/100 Acres, and lying and 
being in the County of Alachua in said State of 
Florida. To Have and to hold, unto the Said 
Archilaus Hague and his heirs and assigns forever 
in fee Simple - In Testimony Whereof I Hugh A. Corley 
Register of Public Lands for the State of Florida, have 
thereto Subscribed my name and caused an impression 
of the Seal of My Office to be made thereupon, at the 
Capitol, in the City of Tallahassee, on this 4th day of 
June AD 1862
