Alachua as aforesaid and Known as the E 1/2 of N.W. 1/4 and
the N 1/2 of the SW 1/2 of Section (18) Eighteen, Township Seven (7)
South of Range (19) Nineteen East and the N.W 1/4 of the N
E 1/4 and the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section Nineteen Township
(7) Seven South of Range Nineteen East, and the SE 1/4 of the
S.W 1/4 of Section (18) Eighteen Township Seven Range Nineteen East
and the W 1/2 of the N.W/ 1/4 and SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section
Eighteen Township (7) Seven, Range (19) Nineteen East and the
SE 1/4 of Section (18) Eighteen Township Seven (7) Range (19)
Nineteen South and East, Together with all priviledges
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise
appertaining, To have and to hold the aforegranted premises
to the said Elizebeth Varnadore her heirs and assigns in
fee Simple forever, And I the said Jas A. Williams for
myself my heirs Executors and administrators do covenant
with the said Elizebeth Varnadore her heirs and assigns that
I am lawfully seized in fee Simple of the aforegranted
premises, that they are free from all encumbrances
that I have good right to Sell and convey the same to
the said Elizebeth Varnadore as aforesaid and that I
will and my heirs Executors and Administrators shall
warrant and defend the same to the said Elizebeth Var-
nadore, her heirs and assigns forever against the lawful
claims and demands of all persons whatsoever.

I Florida A. Williams Wife of J.A. Williams grantor of
the foregoing Deed for the conveyance of the tract of Land therein
described do hereby renounce relinquish and release and for-
ever quit claim unto the said Elizebeth Varnadore her heirs and assigns
all my right of Dower and thirds of to and in the said tract of Land
