Oneal of the County of Alachua State of Florida, have
granted, bargained, and Sold, and do by these
presents, Grant, bargain, Sell, and Convey unto the
Said Elizabeth Oneal, and her heirs and assigns
forever, the following described Lands, to wit. The
South East Quarter of the North East Quarter of
Section Twenty Two in Township Eight, South of Range
Nineteen East - Containing forty 53/100 Acres, and
lying and being in the County of Alachua in Said
State of Florida. To Have and to Hold unto the
Said Elizabeth Oneal and her heirs and assigns
forever in fee Simple - In Testimony Whereof, Said
Trustees have hereunto Subscribed their names, and
affixed their Seals and have caused an impression
of the Seal of the "Florida State Land Office" to be made
hereupon, at the Capitol, in the City of Tallahassee, on
this the 24th day of November AD Eighteen hundred and

This Indenture, made this 26th day of May in the year of our 
Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty eight between the
Board of County Commissioners in and for the County of
Alachua, State of Florida, through Junius C. Gardner, President
of said Board, of the first part, and Oscar A. Myers, Thomas
J. Piggot, Henry E. Forsyth, Solomon J. Peeler, and A.P. Hamp-
ton, Trustees, in trust for the uses and purposes hereinafter
mentioned, being of the County aforesaid, of the second part -
Witnesseth, That the said County Commissioners, by their Presi-
dent aforesaid, for and in consideration of the sum of Five
Dollars, lawful money, to the Treasurer of said Board in hand
paid, before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged - (the said sum of money being
the highest & best bid, for the following described premises, by
John McKinstry, for the use of the Methodist Episcopal Church,
South, at a public sale of the lots of the Town of Gainesville, in
said County, on the Seventh day of December, A.D. 1857,) - have
given, granted, bargained, sold, released, confirmed and conveyed,
and by these presents do give, grant, bargain, sell, release, confirm
and convey unto them, the said O.A. Myers, T.J. Piggot, Henry
E. Forsyth, S.J. Peeler & A.P. Hampton, and their successors,
(trustees in trust for the uses and purposes hereinafter
