This Indenture made this 9th day of January
One thousand Eight hundred & Sixty Seven, Between
Daniel B. Coker and Martha A. his wife of the County
of Alachua & State of Florida parties of the first
part & Philip Dell of the County & State aforesaid
party of the Second part, Witnesseth, that the Said
parties of the first part for and in Consideration
of the Sum of Five hundred Dollars to them in hand
paid by the party of the Second part, have Granted
bargained, Sold, & Conveyed & do by these presents
grant, bargain, Sell, & Convey unto the said party
of the Second part his heirs assigns, all that tract
of land Known & described as follows, The South East
quarter of the South East quarter of the & South East
quarter of North East Quarter of Section fourteen & South
West quarter of North West Quarter of Section thirteen
all in Township Seven South of Range Nineteen East
Containing One hundred & Sixty acres more or less & also
the North half of the South West Quarter of Section
Thirteen, Township Seven South of Range Nineteen East
and Containing Eighty acres more or less, Together with
all the privileges and appurtenances to the Same belong
-ing & also all title, interest, dower, or right of dower
claim or demand, of in or to the above described
premises, To Have & to hold, the same to the said party
of the Second part his heirs and assigns forever, and the
Said parties of the first part will warrant & defend the
title to the above described premises, to the Said party of
the Second part his heirs & assigns forever -- In Witness
