Alachua County   } This Indenture made this the third
day of July Eighteen hundred and Sixty Eight between
Mary M. Dell feme Sole of the County of Alachua and State
of Florida of the first part, and Francis A.L. Cassidy
of the City of Wilmington North Carolina, trustee for Henrietta
D. Cassidy of the Same place of the Second part, Whereas
the said Mary M. Dell is desirous of making provisions for
her daughter Henrietta D. Cassidy (& wife of the said
Francis A.L. Cassidy of the Second part) against future
Contingencies, and for her maintenances and Support
and Whereas the said Mary M. Dell is desirous that
her daughter aforesaid Should Enjoy the proceeds
rents, issues and income of the real Estate hereinafter
more particularly described during the term of her
natural life, free from the debts or liabilities of her
husband, She now has, or may hereafter have
Now Therefore, This Indenture, Witnesseth that the
Said Mary M. Dell in Consideration of the premises
and of the Sum of One dollar lawful Money of the
United States to her in hand paid by the Said Party
of the Second part, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged hath bargained, Sold, and Conv
=eyed and by these presents, doth, bargain, Sell, and
Convey unto the Said party of the Second part, all
that certain lot or parcel of land Known as the
South half of the North West Quarter and the North
half of the South West Quarter, and the South West
Quarter of the South West quarter of Section Thirty five
Also the South East Quarter of the South East Quarter
and the South East Quarter of the North East Quarter
