of Section Thirty Six, also the South East Quarter of
the South East Quarter, and the South East Quarter
of Section fourteen all in Township Seven, South of Range
Nineteen East - Known as the Mud Mill Place contain
=ing Two hundred & Eighty acres, more or less, Together
with all and singular the tenements and heriditaments
and appurtinances, thereunto belonging or in any wise
appurtaining: and the reversion and reversions, remainder
and remainders, rents, issues and profits, thereof, and
also all the estate, right, title, interest, property, possess
=ion, claim and demand, whatsoever is well in
law as in Equity of the said property of the first part
of or to the above described premises and every part
and parcel thereof, with the appurtinances, To
Have and to Hold, all and singular the above
mentioned and described premises together with the
appurtinances unto the said Francis A.L. Cassidy
his Successors and assigns, In trust and to and
for the several uses intents and purposes, hereinafter
mentioned namely - First, The trust to lease the
same, and to take collect, and receive the rents
issues and profits thereof, and out of the same to
keep the said premises in good order and repair
and properly insured and pay all taxes, assessments
and charges that may be imposed thereon
Secondly, In Trust to pay one residue of such
rents, issues, and income to my daughter Henrietta 
D. Cassidy upon her sole and separate receipt, to the
intent and purpose that she may enjoy, possess and
have the same, free from the debts and liabilities of
her husband She now has or may hereafter have
during the term of her natural life
Thirdly, In trust at the death of the said Henrietta
D. Cassidy to sell and convey in thirty days notice at
at public outcry the above described land to the
highest bidder, the proceeds to be divided share
and share alike - between the children of the said
Henrietta D. Cassidy, said land to be conveyed in fee
simple at said sale
Fourthly, - In trust to pay over the same to such
of the said children as may be of age, at the
death of the said Henrietta D. Cassidy and to the
minors (if there be any) as they Successively become of
age - In Witness whereof I have hereunto set
my hand and seal the day and year above written
