Alachua County }
This Indenture made this the second
day of December AD 1867 - Between John O. Cosby Sheriff
of said County of the first part and Mary M. Dell of
the second part of the same place Whereas by
virtue of sundry writs of Fieri Facias issued out
of the Circuit Court holden in and for the County of
Alachua and to the Sheriff delivered he was commanded
that of the goods and chattles, Lands, and Testament
of Philip Dell he cause to be made certain sums of
money as shown by the aforesaid writs, together with
Lawful interest and cost therein which Penelope L.
Standley and others lately recovered in the Circuit
Court of Alachua County against Philip Dell and
whereas, the said Sheriff by virtue of said writs did
on the 19th day of September AD 1867 levy upon &
seized the property herein after described, and whereas
the said John O. Cosby as Sheriff aforesaid did by
virtue of said writs, and pursuant to the statutes in
such cases made and provided duly advertise
the said property for sale on the second day of
December AD 1867 being the day and date of these |
