presents, and on this day did Sell the Same at
Public Auction according to the Law to Mary M. Dell
for the Sum of One hundred and One dollars & fifty 
Cents being the highest bid for the Same Now
therefore Know Ye, that I the Said John O. Cosby as
Sheriff by virtue of the Said writs, and the Statutes in
Such case made and provided in Consideration of
the said Sum of ($10150) to me paid by the party of
the Second part have bargained and Sold, and by
these presents do grant, bargain and Sell unto the said
party of the Second part, her heirs and assigns forever all
the following property, namely lying and being in the
County and State aforesaid, that is to Say all that Lot
or parcel of Land Known as the South 1/2 of the
NW1/4 and the North 1/2 of the South West 1/4 and the
South West 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section (35) Thirty five, also
the South East 1/4 of the South East 1/4, and the South East
1/4 of the North East 1/4 of Section (14) Fourteen all in
Township Seven (7) South of Range Nineteen (19) East
East Known as the Mud Mill place Containing Two
hundred & Eighty acres (280) more or less, Together with
all the rights, title, interest and appurtinances which the
Said Philip Dell had in the said property jointly and
Severally and the Same to hold as fully as I the said
Sheriff aforesaid under Said writs might hold or to
Sell and Convey the Same as fully as I the Said Sheriff
might could or ought to Sell and Convey the Same
