This Indenture made this Twentyeth day of Decem
=ber One thousand Eight hundred & Sixty Seven between
Elbert Baukman of the first part & Catherine M. Calh
=oun of the Second part both of the Same County of Alachua
State of Florida, Witnesseth that the party of the first
part in Consideration of the Sum of Seven hundred Dollars
lawful Money to me in hand paid by the said party
of the Second part the receipt is hereby acknowledged
have remised released & quit Claimed unto the party
of the Second part & unto her heirs & assigns forever, all
that Certain tract or parcel of land lying and being Situated
in Alachua County & State aforesaid Known and designated
to wit the South East Quarter of Section Eight Township Eleven
in Range Eighteen Containing One hundred & Sixty acres more
or less together with all the improvements & appurtinances
claim & profits thereon, and also all the Estate, right title
and interest Claims and demands whatsoever as well in
law as in Equity of the said party of the first part of
the above described premises & every Part and parcel
thereof with the appurtinances, To have and to hold all
& Singular the above mentioned & described premises together
with the appurtinances unto the said party of the Second
part, her heirs and assigns forever, In Witness whereof the
Said party of the first part hath Set his hand & Seal

appeared Chatharine Baughman the wife of Elbert Baukman

=band acknowledged that she Signed, Sealed & delivered
the within to Catherine M. Calhoun freely & Voluntarily & with
out any Compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or
from her said husband In Witness whereof the said Catherine
Baukman has Set her hand & Seal the day & year first above
