Alachua County } Know all Men by these presents that
I Elbert Baukman of Alachua & State of Florida of
the first part for & in Consideration of the sum of
Six hundred & Ninety dollars Lawful Money of the United
States to me in hand paid at or before the ensealing &
delivery of these presents by Catherine M. Calhoun of the same
State and County of the Second part the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged have bargained & Sold by these
presents do grant, & Convey unto the said party of the
second part her heirs Executors, administrators & assigns
Three head of Horses, To wit One Grey Mare Nine years Old
One Iron Grey Colt two years Old One Bay Colt Nine Months
Old, One Yoke of Oxen & Cart, Stock of Cattle & Sheep & hogs
two Buggies - To have and to hold the same unto the
Said party of the Second part, her Executors, adminis
trators and assigns forever. And I do for myself my heirs
Executors, & administrators Covenant & agree to & with the
Said party of the Second part to warrant & defend the
Sale of the said goods & chattles hereby sold, unto the
Said party of the Second part his Executors & administrators
& assigns against all and every person or persons whom
=Soever - In Witness whereof I have set my hand and seal
this Thirtyeth day of December AD 1867

Liberty County } This is to Certify that I Leroy Chesser
have given to my wife Nancy Chesser, for her
good fidelity towards me and my children, I have
given up to her all my Lands, Cattle, Horses, Goats
Sheep to my wife Nancy Chesser, for her to act
and dispose of at her own will and discretion
to trade at her own disposal, buy or Sell as she
pleases for the use of the family and at her own
discretion any thing to use as She thinks fit, and
I Leroy Chesser give her all for her own proper
use every thing that I possess in this world
