party. It is further agreed that the Children of
each party shall inherit the entire estate of their own
parent, free from all Claim on the part of the
Children of the surviving party other than the Children
of the party of the first part by the party of the
second part lawfully begotten, It is further agreed that
each party shall have the power by last Will and
Testament or otherwise, to dispose of their seperate Es-
tates as to them shall seem meet & proper.

This Indenture made this the thirteenth
day of August A.D. Eighteen hundred and Sixty six
between Henry Bradford and Jas B. McLin assignees
of Thos J. Prevatt parties of the first part, and Elizebeth
J. Wimberly Wife of William B. Wimberly of the State and
County aforesaid party of the second part. Witnesseth
That the party of the first part for and in con-
sideration of the Sum of Five hundred Dollars to them
in hand paid at and before the Sealing and delivery
of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby ackno-
wledged, have bargained and Sold and by these presents
do grant and convey unto the party of the second
part, all their right and interest as the
assignees of Thos J. Prevatt aforesaid in and to
