Alachua County   } Know all Men by these presents
that Junius C. Gardner Judge of Probate in and for the 
County of Alachua and State aforesaid for and in Consid
=eration of the Sum of One hundred and Sixty dollars
lawful Money of the United States of America paid into 
the Treasury of said County by Stephen McCall of said
State and County, the receipt whereof is hereby ackno
=wledged have bargained, Sold, released, Conveyed, and 
Confirmed unto the Said Stephen McCall his heirs and 
assigns the following Lot of Land in the Town of Gainesville
To wit Fractional Lott in Town Commons Block (7) Seven
Range (2) two being two hundred feet front (313) three hundred
& thirteen feet back to the run of Sweet water Branch then up 
the run of said Sweet water branch (200) two hundred feet thence
(247) two hundred & forty Seven feet back to the front line Now I 
the said Junius C. Gardner by virtue of the power in me vested
as said Judge of Probate for myself as such Judge and for 
my Successors in Office do and will by these presents forever warrant 
and defend the premises aforesaid to the said Stephen McCall 
his heirs and assigns - In Witness Whereof I have hereunto 
Set my hand and Seal of Office this 4th day of May AD 1868

of July AD Eighteen hundred & Sixty Eight between John R.W.
Grissom and his wife F.J. Grissom of County & State aforesaid
parties of the first part and Stephen McCall of the same place
party of the Second part, Witnesseth that the said parties of the
first part for and in Consideration of the Sum of Six hundred
dollars paid at and before the Sealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath bargained
