Sold, and conveyed, and by these presents doth bargain, sell
and convey unto the said party of the second part his heirs
and assigns all that lott piece or parcel of land situate and
lying and being in the Town of Gainesville in the State and
County aforesaid being known on the plan of said town

Range (8) being (320) three hundred & twenty feet front and runn
=ing (297) two hundred and Ninety seven feet to the run of
Sweet water Branch, and thence up the run of said Sweet
water Branch (320) three hundred & twenty feet, thence (297) two
hundred & ninety seven feet back to the front line which said
piece or parcel of land the said parties of the first part
their Executors, Administrators and assigns, shall and will
forever warrant and defend and the rights and titles thereto
together with all the right privileges and appurtinances
thereunto belonging or in any wise appurtaining to the said
party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever in fee
Simple, and the said parties of the first part for themselves their
Executors, administrators and assigns said bargained prem
                   forever
=ises shall and will^warrant and defend and the right title
thereto against themselves their Heirs and assigns and against
the claim of all persons whatsoever - In Witness whereof the
said parties of the first part hath hereto set their hands and 
seals the day and year first written
