East Gainesville, lying and being in Section four, Township
Ten Range twenty Arredondo Grant To have and to hold to
the said party of the Second Part with all the appurtenan
=ces thereunto belonging forever - And I do further Covenant
with the Party of the Second part, that I am lawfully seized
of the above described Lot of land, that I have good right
to Sell the same, and will warrant and defend him in the
Peaceable Possession of the same against the legal claims of
all persons whomsoever to all which I hereby bind myself
my heirs executors or assigns forever - In Witness whereof I
have hereunto put my hand and Seal the day and year

Alachua County}  Know all men by these presents that
I Thomas E. Haile of the Said County and State for
divers good causes and considerations thereunto moving
especially for the Sum of Eighty five dollars and Sixty six
Cents received to my full Satisfaction of Edward Haile
have remised, released, and forever quit Claim, and by
these presents do forever myself and my heirs, Executors
and administrators justly and absolutely remise, release
and forever quit claim unto the said Edward Haile
his heirs and assigns forever all such right and title
as I the said Thomas E. Haile have or ought to all
that piece or parcel of Land Situated lying and being
in the said County and State known as a Part of Section
Twenty in Range Nineteen, Township Ten containing Seven
teen (17) and one Eight acre (17 1/8) acre bounded on the North
& West by Section Twenty belonging to Thomas E. Haile one
the East by Section Twenty one of the same Range and Township
