Edward Haile, To Have and to Hold the above released
premises unto him the said Edward Haile and to his
heirs Executors and assigns to his and theirs only proper
use and behoof forever so that neither the said Thomas
C Haile or any other person in my behalf Shall may or
will hereafter Claim or demand any right or title to the
premises in any part thereof but they and every one
of them Shall by these presents be excluded and forever

               This Indenture made this Ninth
day of March 1867 between George Helvenston of the County
of Alachua, State of Florida, and Charlotte L Helvenston
his wife parties of the first part, and Fannie W
Campbell of the County & State aforesaid of the Second
part, Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first
part for and in Consideration of the Sum of Five hun
=dred dollars ($500.00) to them in hand paid by the
party of the Second part, before the Sealing and delivery
of these presents, the receipt is hereof** hereby acknowledged
have bargained, Sold and Conveyed and by these
presents, do bargain, Sell and Convey to the said parties
of the Second Part, the following lots of land, lying
