to the said party of the Second part and to his heirs

for themselves their heirs Executors, administrators and
assigns, Covenant and agree to and with the said parties 
of the Second part, and his Executors, administrators
and assigns that they will and their heirs, administra

husband George Helvenston, who acknowledged that the above

on her part, and without any compulsion, constraint apprehen
=sion or fear, of, or from her said husband, and who
further acknowledged that the foregoing deed of

of May One thousand Eight hundred Sixty Eight, between
James H Roper of said County & State of the first part, and
William L Finger and George W Waltington of the Same County
& State parties of the Second part. Witnesseth, that the said
party of the first part for and in consideration of the 
Sum of three Hundred dollars lawful Money of the
United States to him in hand paid before the delivery hereof
hath bargained and Sold, and by these presents doth grant
and Convey to the said parties of the Second part their 
heirs and assigns, forever, all that certain piece or parcel
