County and State aforesaid and which is Known and
described as follows Viz: Beginning at the South West
Corner of the Lot upon which A.T. Banks now resides
on the Street running from the depot to Gainesville
thence North Sixty feet Thence East Two hundred feet thence
South, Sixty feet Thence West two hundred feet to the
place of beginning, containing Twelve thousand Square
feet more or less, bounded on the North by J.H. Ropers Lot
on the East by the Street running between Said lot and
S.P. Bevill's on the South by Cross Street running between
Said lot and S.P. Bevills lot, and on the West by Street
running between Said lot and Mrs Roberts, together
with all and Singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtinances, and all the Estate, title and interest of
the said party of the first part therein, And the said
party of the first part, doth Covenant and agree with the
Said parties of the Second part, that at the time of the delivery
hereof the said party of the first part is the lawful owner
of the premises above granted and Seized thereof in fee
Simple absolute, and that he will warrant and defend
the above granted premises in the quiet and peaceable
possession of the said parties of the Second part, their heirs or
bearer assigns forever - In Witness Whereof I have hereunto
