of Two hundred dollars lawful money of the United
States to him in hand paid, by the said Elizabeth
J. Wimberly the receipt whereof is hereby acknowle
=dged, hath granted, bargained, and sold and
by these presents doth grant, bargain, sell and
convey and confirm unto the said Elizabeth J.
Wimberly her Executors, administrators and assigns
all and singular that certain piece or parcel of
Land situated in the Town of Newnansville in the
County of Alachua and State of Florida, and known
and described on the plan or plat of survey of
said Town as the North half of lots One & two of Block
four in Range three that is to say Commencing at the
North West corner of said Block in said Range and
run East two hundred & ten feet then run South
One hundred & five feet thence West two hundred & ten
feet thence North One hundred & five feet to the place
of beginning together with all and Singular the tenem
=ents, heridetaments and appurtinances thereunto belong
=ing and the reversion, remainders, rents, issues and
profits, thereof and all the Estate title and interest
of the said Margaret Frier to the premises or any
part thereof - In Witness whereof I have hereunto
