This Indenture made this the third day of
June in the year of our Lord Eighteen hundred &
Sixty Eight by and between John R. Bevill and Lizzie
Bevill his wife of the County of Alachua and State of
Florida parties of the first part and Stephen C.
Bevill of the County & State aforesaid of the Second
part Witnesseth that the said parties of the first
part for and in consideration of the sum of One
dollar to them in hand paid at and before the
ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, as well as for the
further sum of Six thousand and ten dollars as
evidencid by their certain promissory notes made by the said
party of the first part and payable to John R. Bevill or
bearer Have granted bargained sold, and conveyed
and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell and convey
unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns
One half interest in that certain piece or parcel of land
lying and being situate in the County and State aforesaid
known and designated on a certain map or plat of the
Arredondo Grant as the North half of Section Six (6) in
Township ten (10) in Range nineteen (19) containing three
hundred & twenty acres more or less, also another piece or
parcel of land commencing at the North West corner of
Section thirty (30) Township Nine (9) South of Range nineteen
(19) East, running East two thousand two hundred and
eighty nine (2289) feet to the main big Road leading from
Newnansville to Mrs Ramsey's thence following the meanderings
of said Public road to the south line on Section thirty one
one (31) in township nine (9) South of Range nineteen (19) East
running East two thousand two hundred Eighty nine (2289)
feet to the main big road leading from Newnansville to
thence West four thousand five hundred and twenty nine
(4529) feet to the South West corner of Section thirty one (31)
Township nine (9) Range Nineteen (19) thence North along the
western line of said Section thirty one (31) to the beginning
corner, supposed to contain four hundred and nine 2/100 acres
also another piece or parcel of land commencing at a
point where the public road leading from Newnansville
to Ocalla where it enters the lane between James B. Dawkins
and John R. Bevills field and running North along the public
road four hundred yards thence East to the Section line, thence
south four hundred yards to corner of Section thirty (30) thence
West to public Road again in Section thirty (30) Township
nine (9) Range Nineteen (19) containing Sixty four acres of
land more or less, Together with all and singular the 
tenements, hereditaments and appurtinances thereunto belonging
or in any wise appurtaining, To have and to hold the said
