tract or parcel of land to the Said party of the Second
part, his heirs and assigns in fee Simple forever
And the Said parties of the first part will and his heirs

County of Alachua } This Indenture made this fourth day of June
in the Year Eighteen hundred & Sixty Seven between Stephen McCall
& Cornelius Rain of the County & State aforesaid of the first part
and William Strickland of the Same County & State of the Second
part Witnesseth that the said Stephen McCall & Cornelius
Rain for and in Consideration of the Sum of four thousand
dollars to them in hand paid by the Said Stephen McCall
William Strickland the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged does by these presents give grant, Sell
bargain and convey unto the said William Strickland
his heirs and assigns a certain piece or parcel of land
lying and being in the State and County aforesaid and
distinguished on the map of the Arredondo Grant
as the undivided half of Section (9) Nine Township
ten (10) Range twenty (20) Containing Six hundred &
forty acres less ninety two acres heretofore Conveyed to
John L. Young and the undivided half of Section (16)
Sixteen Township Ten (10) & Range twenty Containing
(720) Seven hundred & twenty acres with a reservation
of      acre for a grave yard together with all
the privileges and appurtinances thereunto belonging or in
