This Indenture made and entered into this 6th
day of July One thousand Eight hundred & Sixty Eight
Between Sarah E. Stroble of the County of Alachua and
State of Florida, party of the first part, and W.H. Spark
=man of the same place of the Second part, Witnesseth
that the said party of the first part for and in Consider
=ation of the Sum of Six hundred Dollars to her in hand
paid by the said parties of the Second part, the receipt 
whereof is hereby acknowledged have given, granted
bargained, Sold and Conveyed unto the said
parties of the Second part, All that Certain track
or parcel of Land Bound & described as follows, To
wit Four acres of Land Situated where Mrs Stroble
now lives bounded by Rail Road on the East, West
and South by lines agreed to enclose all her said
premises, including household & Kitchen furniture
and all farming implements belonging to Mrs
Sarah E. Stroble parties of the first part for and in
Consideration of the Sum of the Sum of Six hundred
Dollars paid to her in hand paid, To hold the above
described premises and other utensils described
Together with all and Singular the rights and
privileges and appurtinances or in any wise appertain
=ing unto the said party of the Second part, and his
heirs as there absolute property in fee Simple for ever, and
the said party of the first part for herself her
heirs, Executors and administrators forever releases
and discharge from the same in witness whereof the
party of the first part have hereunto Set her hand
