Alachua Cty -    } This day personally appeared before me S.P. Bevill
Clerk of the Circuit in and for the County and State aforesaid Isabella
S. Strickland wife of the aforesaid William Strickland to me well known
who acknowledged that the foregoing relinquishment and renuncia=
tion of dower is made freely and voluntarily and without any compul-
sion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or from her husband the said
William Strickland Witness my hand and seal this the 14" day of
August A.D. 1868

                  This Indenture made and entered into this the 13th day of
May A.D. 1868 between Geo L. Barnes Sheriff of said County and party and par-
ty of the first part and Elizabeth Bennett (formerly Elizabeth Hague) as Administrator
of the Estate of John B. Hague party of the second part. Witnesseth
  That whereas Wyram Bennett, a Citizen of said County and State did on the 12" day
of May A.D. 1868 file a Petition addressed to the honorable Judge of the Suwannee Judicial
Circuit of Florida, Setting forth that on or about the year 1857 or 1858 Phillip Dell of
said County obtained a Judgement from the Honorable Circuit Court against Abra-
ham that subsequently an execution was levied upon the North East Corner of Sec=
tion nineteen, Township seven Range twenty containing Eighty acres and which
said land was sold by the Sheriff as the property of the said Abraham Daniels
and knocked off to Phillip Dell or John C. Hague (he having paid the purchase mon-
ey therefor) and whereas Elizabeth Hague administered upon the estate of the
said John C. Hague and has since intermarried with the said Wyram Ben=
net and whereas upon reading the said petition it was ordered by the Honorable
Judge of our Circuit Court that the Sheriff of Alachua County be instructed
