to make titles to the said Elizabeth Bennett (formerly Elizabeth Hague) as
administratrix of the Estate of John C. Hague deceased.
        Now therefore know all men by ye that I the said George L. Barnes
Sheriff as aforesaid for and in consideration of the premises, as the sum of one
Dollar to me in hand paid at and before the Ensealing and delivery of these
premises, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted and conveyed
and by these do grant and convey unto the said Elizabeth Hague Admin
istratrix of the Estate of John C. Hague party of the second part her heirs and
assigns forever all of the herein before describe property lying and situated in
the County and State aforesaid to wit:
The East half of the North East quarter of Section Nineteen (19) Township (8) Range
Twenty (20) East containing in all Eighty (80) acres more or less, together with all
the right, title and interest which the said Abraham Daniels had in & to said prop
erty and the same to hold as fully as I the said sheriff as aforesaid under the
herein before described decree or order of Court might could or ought to convey
and grant the same given under my hand and seal this ***** day

                    Know all men by these presents that whereas Al-
Exander H. Leonard has this day employed John McGuire to watch
Machine and Ginning establishments, Situated in the town of Gaines-
ville County and State aforesaid from sunset until sunrise of each day from
from the date of this instrument to such time as the said parties may
desire in consideration of which services the said Leonard agrees to pay the
said McGuire at the rate of fifty dollars per month, and whereas the
said Leonard is desirous of being protected against theft and robbery
