Now therefore in Consideration of the premises, John O'Malley of the County of
Alachua and State aforesaid hereby Covenants and agrees to and with the
said Alexander H. Leonard to become responsible indemnify and pay him the
said Leonard, for all damages or injuries sustained by him in consequence
of theft or Robbery committed at any time within the House heretofore
mentioned, and during which time, the said John McGuire has stiplu
lated to perform the duties of Watchman as is hereinbefore stated In testi
mony whereof the said parties have hereunto Signed, Sealed and delivered the

  Know all men by these presents, That the Trustees of the In=
ternal Improvement Fund, under an Act of the General As=
sembly of the State of Florida, entitled "An Act to provide for
and encourage a liberal system of Internal Improvements in this
State: approved January 5" 1855 for and in consideration of the sum
of fifty cents per Acre to them in hand paid by Lewis J.
Fleming, of the County of Duval State of Florida have grant=
ed, bargained and sold, and do by these presents grant, bargain
sell and convey unto the said Lewis J. Fleming and his
heirs and assigns forever, the following described Lands, to wit =
The South West Quarter of Section Ten in Township Eleven
South, of Range Twenty two, Est Containing one
hundred and fifty 14/100 Acres, Acres, and lying and being in the
County of Alachua, in said State of Florida: To have and
to hold unto the said Lewis J. Fleming and his heirs and
assigns forever in fee simple.
  In testimony whereof said Trustees have hereunto subscribed their names,
and affix their Seals, and have caused an impression of the Seal
of the Florida State Land Office to be made hereupon at the Cap=
itol, in the City of Tallahassee, on this the 24" day of June AD
eighteen hundred and sixty eight
