                    Know all men by these presents, that I Malin=
da Richards of the County and State aforesaid, for and in consideration
of the love, esteem and Good will which I have and do bear towards
my daughter Henry French Boston wife of William K. Boston of the
County and State aforesaid above written, do give and bequeath and
by these presents doth give and bequeath unto my daughter Henry
French Boston forever, the following property, to wit The North East Quarter
of Section thirty four, (6) Township six (6) South, Range eighteen (18) East situated
and lying in the County and State above written, containing one
hundred and sixty acres more or less with all and singular, the tene=
ments, hereditaments, and appertenances, and all the Estate, title and in=
terest of the said Malinda Richard; to have and to hold the above de=
scribed property not to be disposed of during my natural life without my
consent. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand seal
this the twenty fourth day of March one thousand eight hundred and
sixty eight,
