                     This Indenture made this the twelfth
day of September AD 1868 between Thomas Blake and Michael
O. Hara, both of the State of Florida County of Alachua. Witnesseth:
That the said Thomas Blake for and in consideration of the
sum of Two Hundred Dollars, lawful money of the United States
to him in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
has sold, bargained, released and conveyed, and by these presents do
sell, bargain, release and convey unto the said Michael O. Hara,
his heirs and assigns forever; all that certain piece or parcel
of land, situate, lying and being in the County of Alachua and
State of Florida, known and described as follows, to wit:
Commencing at a stake east from the half mile stake of the
west boundary line of Sec five thirty six chains and seven and a half
feet, running east Two Hundred and ten feet, thence south Two
Hundred and ten feet, thence west Two Hundred and ten feet, thence
north Two Hundred and ten feet, to the place of beginning.
Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise belonging.
To have and to hold the above mentioned premises with
their appurtenances unto the said Michael O. Hara his heirs
and assigns forever.

                  Before me a Justice of the Peace, in and
for said County and State, personally appeared H.B. Blake
the wife of Thomas Blake, who being examined by separate and
apart from her said husband, acknowledged that she herein
and here by relinquished all her dower and right of dower of, in and
to the premises described in the above deed, and that she
does the same voluntarily and without any fear, constraint
or control of her said husband.
