County of Alachua }  This Indenture made the fifth day of
March in the year of our Lord one thousand Eighteen hundred and
sixty seven between Daniel Holder of the County and State afore=
said of the first part and Ried Holder of the same place of the
other part.
  Witnesseth that the said Daniel Holder as well for, and
in Consideration of the natural love and affection which he, the
said Daniel Holder, hath and beareth unto and toward the
said Reid, as also for the better maintainance, support, and live
lyhood of him the said Holder has given, granted, aliened, en
feoffed, and confirmed, unto the said Reid, his hers and assigns
all the Messuage or tract and parcel of land situated in said County and
more particularly known and described as the North East quarter of the
North west quarter of Section No Seventeen in Township No Seven South
of Range No Nineteen East containing Forty Acres more or less
Together with all and singular the hereditaments, and appertenances
thereunto belonging or in any wise appeartaining: and the reversion
and reversions, remainder and remainders rents, issues and property thereof
and all the estate, right, title, interest, property, claim, and demand
whatsoever of him, the said Daniel of, in, and to the said messuage, tenements
and premises and every part and parcel thereof, with their and every of these appear
tenancies. To have and to hold the said messuage tenements and all
and singular the premises hereby granting and confirming, or mentioned
or interseded so to be, with their, and every of their appurtenances unto the said
Reid his heirs and assigns, to his and their sole use and benefit forever.
And the said Daniel for himself, his heirs executors and admin
istrators, doth Covenant and agree to and with the said Reid
his heirs and assigns, by these presents, that he, the said Reid
his heirs and assigns, shall and may lawfully from time to time
and at all times hereafter peaceably and quietly, have, hold, use
occupy, possess ad enjoy the said Messuage and premises thereby
granting and confirming or mentioned, or intended to so be, with
