the appurtenances to each and all belonging free, Clear, and fully dis=

           against all former and other gifts, grants bargains, sales, jointure
           Dowers estate, and of, from, and against all former and other titles
           troubles, charges, and incumbrances whatsoever, has done or made, or supposed
           or supposed so to be by him the said Daniel, his heirs or assigns, or
           any other person or persons, lawfully claiming or to claim by from or
           under him them or any of them In witness whereof I Daniel Holder

           in Consideration of the provisions of the herein before recited Indenture
           and also the sum of one dollar to me in hand paid do hereby re=
           nounce release and relinquish unto the said Reid Holder all my right
           Claim and equity of Dower, in and to the premises described in the
           aforesaid indenture as fully as I could or might do the same,

           State aforesaid Susan Holder to me well known and acknowl
           edged that She executed the foregoing Indenture and the above relin=
           quishment and renunciation of Dower freely and voluntarily and
           without any Compulsion, Constraint apprehension or fear of or from her
           said husband. And I certify that such acknowledgement and declaration
           was made separately and appart from her said husband in wit=
           ness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this fifth day of
