This Indenture made this the thirteenth day
of November in the year One thousand eight hun
=dred and Sixty Seven between Amanda Fowler, and
Asbury Gay of the County of Alachua and State of
Florida party of the first part and Charity A.
Snowden of the same County & State party of the
Second part, Witnesseth, That the said party of the
first part for and in Consideration of the Sum of
Seven hundred dollars Lawful Money to them in
hand paid by the party of the Second part, have remised
released and quit claim, and by these presents, do rem
-ise, release and quit claim, unto the party of the
Second part, and to her heirs and assigns forever, all
that Certain piece or parcel of Land lying and being
Situated in the County and State aforesaid to wit, the
South West quarter of the South West quarter of
Section Twenty two (22), and the South half of the South
East quarter and the North East quarter of the South
East quarter of Section Twenty one (21) Township Eleven (11)
South of Range Eighteen (18) E Containing in all One
hundred and Sixty acres, more or less, together with
all and Singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtinances thereunto belonging or in any wise app
=ertaining, and their reversion and reversions, remain
=der and remainders, Rents, Issues, and profits thereof
and also all the Estate, right, title and Claims and
demands whatsoever, as well in Law as in Equity of the
Said party of the first part, of in or to the above described
premises and every part and parcel, thereof, with the
appurtinances, to have and to hold, all and Singular
the above mentioned and described premises, together
with the appurtinances unto the said party of the Second
part, her heirs and assigns forever - In Witness where
of the said parties of the first part have hereunto
