foregoing conveyance and relinquishment of Dower and
acknowledged the same to be her free act and deed for
the purposes therein expressed. And the said Smithy Ann
Peacock being examined separate and apart from her
said husband did also acknowledge that she freely and
voluntarily relinquished and renounced all her Dower
right and title in and to the premises described
without any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear
from her said husband the said John W. Peacock
given under my hand in said County the day and year

Alachua County } Know all men by these presents that
Joseph J.B. Holden of the State and
County aforesaid for and in consideration of the sum
of Eight hundred Dollars to him in hand paid
by Joseph B.H. Swift of said State and County the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged. Hath granted
bargained sold conveyed and delivered unto the said
Joseph B.H. Swift all that tract lot or parcel of land
lying situate and being in the State and County aforesaid
and known in the plan and plat of said County
as the South West quarter of the South West quarter of
Section twenty four and the North Half of the lot No one
Section Twenty six in township eight South of Range
Nineteen East, in the District of Land liable to Sale
at Newnansville Florida and containing Seventy
nine acres and 60/100 of an Acre. To have and to hold
the said bargained premises together with all and
singular the rights titles privileges and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in any wise thereunto belonging
to him the said Joseph B.H. Swift in fee Simple
and the said Joseph B.H. Holden for himself his
heirs his executor and administrator the said bargain
premises unto the said Joseph B.H. Swift his heirs
Executors administrators and assigns will forever
warrant and defend against the claim or claims
of any other person or persons whatsoever as far as in
law or Equity he may be bound to do
