Alachua County   } Know all Men by these presents that
I Simeon Dell are held and firmly bound unto Isham
B. Thomas of the State and County aforesaid, in the full
and just sum of One thousand dollars for the payment
whereof well and truly to be made the said Simeon Dell
of the County & State aforesaid, hereby binds himself his heirs
Executors & administrators firmly by these presents, The condition
of the above obligation is Such that whereas, the said
bounden Simeon Dell, has this day bargained and Sold unto
the said Isham B. Thomas, a Certain Lot tract or parcel of
Land lying and being in the County and State aforesaid and
Containing 760 acres more or less and Known in the plat
of said County as S1/2 of NW1/4 of Sec 27 the SW1/4 of sec 27
the S1/2 of NE 14 of Sec 28 The SE1/4 of Sec 28 - The E1/2 of the
SW1/4 and the SE1/4 of the NW1/4 of Sec 28 T.8, S.R. 18 E = Also
the W1/2 of the SE1/4 and the E1/2 of the SW1/4 of Sec 4 T9 S of R
                                Shall upon the payment $1527 
18E. Now if the said Isham B. Thomas^unto the said
Simeon Dell, then and in that case, the said Simeon Dell is
to make or cause to be made good and Sufficient titles to
the above described Lands, and then this Obligation to be null and
Void, else of full force virtue and effect - Blanks to be filled in by
attorneys, Signed Sealed and delivered this 16th day of July 1868

interest, claim and demand whatsoever, to do and perform
as I might, could, Should or might do
