quarter in Section twenty Seven township Eight & range Eigh
=teen East, containing One hundred & Sixty acres, the East
half of the South East quarter in Section twenty Seven, township
Eight & range Eighteen East, containing Seventy nine & 70/100 acres
the undivided half of Lot number three in Section twenty two
township Eight South of range Eighteen East containing
Eighty acres being in all Six hundred & twelve acres more or
less To have and to hold the above described land, In trust
to the use, benefit and behoof of the said Mary E. Thomas
for and during her natural life, and the said Isom B. Thomas
hereby declares that upon the death of his wife Mary E.
Thomas this trust Shall Cease and determine and the land
above described Shall belong to and be equally divided amongst
his children (excepting Sarah C. Griffin) and in case of the
death of either of said children his or her children are to
receive the Share, which he or She is to receive under this deed
Said children or grandchildren (as the case may be) to have
and to hold their respective Shares of said land forever
and in fee Simple. In Witness whereof he has hereunto Set

Said County personally appeared W.W. Williamson, one of
the Subscribing witnesses to the foregoing instrument, who being
duly Sworn declares that he Saw Isom B. Thomas and S.F. Halliday
