Hernando County  } Know all Men by these presents that
I Henry Fabian in the State aforesaid, for and in Consideration
of the Sum of two hundred and Seventeen Dollars, and thirty five
Cents to me paid by Nancy Campbell in the State aforesaid, have
granted, bargained, Sold and released, and by these presents
do grant, bargain, Sell and release, unto the said Nancy Camp
=bell, and to her heirs of her body the following land lying in
Alachua County in the State, Known and described as follows
The South West quarter of the North West quarter and the North
West quarter of the South West quarter in Section twenty three (23)
and the North East quarter of the South East quarter and the
of the North East quarter of Section twenty two (22) Township Eight (8)
Range Eighteen (18) Containing One hundred & Seventy three 72/100
acres, Together with all and Singular the rights, members
hereditaments and appurtinances to the Said lands, belonging
or in any wise appertaining To have and to hold all and Singular
the lands before mentioned unto the Said Nancy Campbell and
to her heirs of her body, against me and my heirs forever, and
I bind myself my heirs Executors and administrators, to warrant
and forever defend all and Singular the Said lands unto
the Said Nancy Campbell and her heirs of her body against me
and my heirs and against all persons lawfully claiming or to
claim the Said lands or any portion thereof

Certify unto all whom it may concern that Henrietta Fabian did
this day appear before me and upon being privately and Separately
examined by me did declare that She does freely, Voluntarily
and without any compulsion, renounce, release and forever relinq-
uish unto the within named Nancy Campbell, and to her heirs
of her body and assigns all her interest and estate, and also all her
right and claim of Dower of in, or to all and Singular the
lands within named mentioned and released
