                    Sometime Know all men by these presents
That I Malinda Richard of the County and State afore-
said for and in consideration of the love, esteem and good 
will which I have, and do bear toward my daughter

Alachua County    }  This Indenture made this the
twenty third day of March in the year of our Lord One
thousand Eight hundred & Sixty Eight between Daniel
G. Anderson of Chester District South Carolina of the
first part and Samuel Y. Finly of the State of Florida
and Alachua County of the Second part, Witnesseth,
that for and in Consideration of the Sum of One hun
=dred dollars in hand paid by the party of the Second
part to the party of the first part the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged the said party of the first part
hath bargained, Sold, Aliened, and Conveyed, and
by these presents, doth bargain and Sell, and grant
unto the said party of the Second part his heirs, Executors
administrators and assigns, all that certain lot or
parcel of land Situated in Said State and County and
described as follows Lot One in Block three Range
two in the Village of Hamburg East of Gainesville
in Said State and County being one acre: and a portion
of that tract of land purchased by the grantor herein
from James B. Bailey And the Said party of the first
part by these presents doth warrant the title to the
Same to said party of the Second part, To have
and to hold unto the Said party of the Second part
his heirs, executors administrators, and assigns in fee
Simple forever -- In testimony whereof the Said
party of the first part has hereunto affixed his
hands and Seals the year and day first above
written.
