Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that I
Thomas P. Boulware of the County of Alachua and State of
Florida for and in consideration of the sum of Three Thousand and Four
hundred and Eighty four 16/100 Dollars to me in hand paid by William
P. Boulware the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have bargained
Sold, transferred, granted, remised, released, and assigned, and
do by these presents bargain, sell, transfer, grant, remise, release and
Convey unto the said William P. Boulware his heirs and assigns all
my right title interest and property of and to certain tracts or
parcels of land, situate lying and being in the County and State afores
aid, and known and described on the maps of the public Survey
as the East (E1/2) half of the South East (SE1/4) quarter of Section fifteen
(15) and the lots numbered three (3) and (4) four of the South West
(SW) quarter of Section Fourteen (14) in Township (9) Nine South of
Range Twenty two East (22) Containing One hundred sixty four 80/100
(164 80/100) acres.  Also the fractional Section Eleven (11) in Township (9)
Nine of Range Twenty two East Containing Twenty four 69/100 acres of land
also the South half of the South West quarter of Section Fifteen and
the East half of the North East quarter of Section Twenty two in Township
(9) South of Range Twenty two East, Containing One hundred and
fifty nine 29/100 (159 29/100) acres. Also lot number One of Section Fourteen
in Township Nine South of Range Twenty two East Containing
Fifty six acres, also the right title and property in and to an
undivided one eighth interest in the Island known as Live
Oak Key situated in the eastern coast of Florida in the County of
Levy the said State, also an undivided one fifth interest in the
Mill known as the Boulware Mill situated in Loch Lucy Creek
in the County of Alachua and State of Florida and in ten acres
of land in which said Mill is located and lying adjacent
thereto together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtanances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining
to have and to hold the said described premises to him the said
William P. Boulware his heirs and assigns forever in fee simple
and to the said Thomas P. Boulware for myself my heirs, Executors
and administrators the right and title to the said lands afore
described together with said Mill on the said William P.
Boulware, his heirs and assigns hereby claimant forever to warrant
against all and any persons heretofore claiming or to claim the
same.  Witness my hand and Seal this the Sixth day of
October AD 1868 Eighteen hundred and sixty eight.
