This Indenture made he thirty first day of July in the
year one thousand eight hundred and sixty eight Between George
Bucklin of Alachua County in the State of Florida party of the
first part, and Thomas P. Bucklin of East Providence, in the County
of Providence, and State of Rhode Island party of the second part
Witnesseth, That the said party of the first part, for and in consider
ation of the sum of Sixty eight hundred and twenty five Dollars
lawful money of the United States of America, to me in hand by the
said party of the second part, at or before the ensealing and delivery
of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath grant
ed, bargained, sold, aliened, remised, released, conveyed and confirmed, and
by these presents doth grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release convey and
confirm, unto the said party of the second part and to his heirs and
assigns forever The one undivided half part of all those certain pieces or
parcels of land, lying and being situated in said County of Alachua, and
described in the plat of the Arredondo Grant as the south half of
section 26 (Twenty six) Township 9 (nine) in Range 19 (Nineteen)
The north half of section 36 (Thirty six) Township 9 (nine) Range
19 (nineteen) The west half of section 3 (three) Township 10 (Ten) Range
19 (Nineteen) The south half of the East half of section 3 (Three) Town-
ship 10 (ten) and Range 19 (nineteen) The west half of section Two
(2) Township 10 (ten) and Range 19 (nineteen) and Eight acres of
The west side of the east half of section 2 (two) Township 10 (ten)
and Range 19 (nineteen) making in all 1500 (Fifteen Hundred acres
Together with all and singular the tenements and hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining
and the reversion & reversions remainder and remainders rents
issues & profits thereof and also all the estate, right, title interest
property possession - claim and demand whatsoever as well in
law as in Equity of the said party of the first part, of in or to

To have and to hold all and singular the above mentioned 
and described property premises together with the appurtenances
unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
forever and the said George Bucklin for himself and for
