This Indenture made the Nineteenth day of January
in the year one thousand Eight hundred and Sixty
seven A.D. Between William K. Bauknight of
Marion County State of Florida of the first part
and Jacob Smith of Alachua County State
of Florida of the second part, Witnesseth that
the said party of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of Three thousand
three hundred and seventy eight Dollars to him
duly paid before the delivery hereof, hath bargained
and sold and by these presents doth grant and convey
to the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
forever all that certain peice or parcel of land lying and
being in the County of Alachua and State of Florida
and which is known and described as follows to wit
The North East Quarter of the North half of the South
East Quarter and the South West Quarter and all of the
North West Quarter being South of the Florida Rail Road
making four hundred and eighty three acres in section
Sixteen in Township Eleven, South of Range Eighteen
East and all of the South East Quarter lying South of
the Florida Rail Road in section Nine Township Eleven
South of Range Eighteen East making Eighty acres
and making in all the total number of acres
