County of Duval  } Before me W.A. Lane a Judicial officer
for the County and State aforesaid personally came Mary E.
Fleming, to me well Known as the wife of Louis J. Fleming
and as the person, who executed the foregoing relinquish
=ment of Dower, and before me acknowledged that she executed
the foregoing relinquishment and renunciation of
dower for the purposes therein Set forth, and the said Mary
E. Fleming Separate and apart from her said husband
acknowledged that the said relinquishment and renun
=citation of dower is made freely and Voluntarily and without
any compulsion, apprehensions or fear, of or from her said
husband the said Louis J. Fleming - Signed Sealed
and delivered in presence of this twelfth day of October AD

                    This Indenture made and entered into this the
Thirteenth (13) day of October AD (1868) Eight hundred and sixty Eight between
Gabriel P. Thomas of the first part of the State and County above mentioned named
and Mrs Ann F. Fraser, of the same State and County of the second part
Witnesseth, that for and in consideration of the sum of twen five hun=
dred dollars in hand paid by the party of the second part, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, the party of the first part hath granted
bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these presents doth bargain sell and
convey unto the party of the second part, all that Lot or lots, tract or
tracts, or parcels of land lying situated and being in the town
of Gainesville and in the plan and plat of said Town as lot Three two
(2) Block (No 2) Number two Range (No 3) Number three measuring sixty
