A. Blount, of said State and County; for and in consideration of
six hundred Dollars - do hereby bargain, sell and convey unto Abraham
Colson of said State and County three head of horses (that is to say - one ches
nut Sorrel mare six years old, one Iron Gray mare Eight years old - and one
sorrel mare colt about one year old and about twenty six head of cattle Brand
ed (A 8) in said County - To have and to hold unto the said Abraham Col
son his heirs executors and administrators, and assigns forever and I
I do for myself, my heirs executors and administrators covenant
and agree to and with the said Abraham Colson to warrant and de-
fend the sale of the same goods chattles and stock of horses and cattle, here
by sold unto the said Abraham Colson his heirs executors and admin=
istrators and assigns against all and every person or persons whomsoever

day of November Eighteen hundred and sixty seven

in said deed, in case of the death of S.A. Blount before his said wife
Ann D. Blount to fall into the full possession and control of the said Ann
D. Blount for her use and benefit and that She have the right to dispose of
the same according to her own will
