hundred and sixty seven personally came before a Justice of the
Peace in and for the said County of Alachua Abraham Colson who says that he is
the identical person named in the foregoing deed and transfer and that
he made the within transfer for the uses and purposes therein

of the State and County aforesaid For and in consideration of the
sum Twelve Thousand Dollars to me in hand paid by J.A. Rosborough
and E Lawr King of aforesaid State and County the receipt of which I hereby
acknowledge have granted, bargained sold, delivered and conveyed, And by these
presents grant, bargain, sell, release and convey unto the said J.A. Rosborough
and E. Lawr King All that tract or parcel of land Situated on the waters
of Newnans Lake within the Arradonda grant in County and State aforesaid
and Known in the plan of survey of said grant or made by Burr and
Washington as Section 2 - Township 9, Range 21 Section 3 - Township 9,
Range 21 section 34 - Township 9 Range 21 containing in all about one
thousand nine hundred and forty acres more or less together with all the rights
members Hereditaments and appurtinances incident thereto or in any wise ap-
pertaining - And I do hereby bind myself my heirs executors administrators
and assigns to warrant and forever defend the above described lands
unto the said Rosborough & King their heirs executors and assigns against
all persons lawfully claiming the same as any part thereof - In testimony
whereof I here unto set my hand and affix my seal, This 25" October
