                  Know all men by these presents that I Arche-
laus Hague Sr for and in Consideration of the sum of six
Hundred and Fifty Three 80/100 Dollars to me in hand paid by
William W. Scott as Trustee for Martha Hague Francis P.
Hague, Giles K. Hague, Archelaus Hague Jr. and Wil-
liam C. Hague the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have bargained,
sold, whereof is hereby acknowledged have bargained, sold and deliv
-ered and do by these presents bargain, sell and deliver unto the
said William W. Scott as Trustee as aforesaid, Two Black horse
mules, one Bay Mare mule, Forty Head of Stock Cattle marked crop
and split in each ear and Branded >0< (gopher) and twenty Head
of Hogs more or less, marked crop and split in each ear and one
Iron Gray mare mule -
And I the said Archelaus Hague Sr the right and title
to the said described property in the said William W. Scott Trustee as
aforesaid will forever warrant and defend -
