Nelson Williams of the County and State aforesaid party of first
part, for and in consideration of the natural love and affection and
have and entertain for my wife Precila Williams of second part of the
said County and State as well as for the sum of one hundred Dollars
to me in hand paid at and before the surrendering and deliver-
ing of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have give
granted bargained and sold and by these presents do give bargain and
sell unto the said Precilla Williams all the present property of which
I am now possessed to wit 4 hogs marked smooth crop and but
hole in each ear 12 pairs of Chickens seventy five bushels corn
Six hundred pounds of Fodder &c &c &c
