I John David Munger of the County State aforesaid party of the
first part for and in consideration of the regards I have for my
Step Children Boson Roberts Elsy Scott and Isabella Davis party
of the second part of the said County and State as well as
for the sum of two hundred Dollars and fifty seven cents
to me in hand paid at and before the surrender and
delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have given granted, bargained and sold and by these presents do
give bargain and Sell unto my step children the said Boson
Roberts Elsy Scott and Isabella Davis all of the personal property
of which I am now possessed to wit - For Hogs marked smooth
crop one slit in right Ear three Hundred pounds of Fodder
one Hundred Bushells of Corn Fourteen Bushells of sweet Potatoes
Five Hundred Pounds of seed cotton &c &c &c -
   In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 20"
