George A. Quinby of Alachua County and State of Florida
in Consideration of Five hundred Dollars to me in
hand paid by Garth W. James of the same State and
County have bargained and Sold unto the said
Garth W. James his heirs Executors, administrators and
assigns an undivided interest of three fourths in and
to the following named goods and chattels to wit -
Stock Containing of one Brown Horse one Bay Horse
One Bay Stallion, one Bay Colt, Twelve Mules branded
"GAQ" One yoke of oxen, Two Cows, Two Calves, and Two
Sows, - Farming implements consisting of two large
farm Waggons, and body one 3/4 Waggon, One Ox
Cart, and yoke, One Buggy with Set double harness
One McCleland Saddle, One English Saddle, Twelve
Sets of Mule harness, comprising harnes and bridles
Twenty Six Trace Chains (more or less) Twenty plough
Stocks, with Share ploughs, Bull tongues, twister
and Sweeps, - double Set of each, Set of Whiffle trees
Complete, Three Sugar boilers, One corn Shelter, One
Hay Cutter, Six long handle Shovels, Six Socket spades
Two Grubbing hoes, Two (2) Short handle Shovels, Two
Short handle Spades, Twenty four axes (old and new)
Twenty four hoes (new) besides old Stock of same one
Set wooden measures, Two pair Spring Stutyards, One
pair of heavy Scales, one garden rake, Blacksmith
Tools, Consisting of One Bellows, one Anvil, one Vice
Sledges, and hammers, cold chisels and hot chisels
complete Set of die tools, Files and Renches, Carpenters
tools, Consisting of One Bench, one crop cut Saw, One
