by Virtue of the authority vested in me by the Fourteenth
Section of the act of Congress, entitled "An act to Establish
a Uniform System of Bankruptcy throughout the United
States" approved March 2nd 1867, do hereby convey and
assign to the Said J.C. Greely Assignee as aforesaid
all the Estate, Real and personal, of the said A.H. Johnson
& Co Bankrupt including all property of whatever Kind
of which he is possed, or in which he was interested or
entitled to have on the 2nd day of March AD One
thousand Eight hundred and Sixty Eight, together with
all his deeds, Books and Papers relating thereto, Saving
and excepting Such property as is exempted from the
operating of this assignment by the provisions of said
Fourteenth Section of said act, To Have and to Hold
all the foregoing premises to the Said A.H. Johnson & Co
and to his heirs forever, In Trust Nevertheless for the use
and purposes, and with the powers and Subject to the
Conditions and limitations prescribed and Set forth in
Said act - In Witness Whereof I the Said Register
have hereunto Set my hand and caused the Seal of said
District Court to be affixed this 16th day of June Anno

Know all Men by these presents, That
the Trustees of the Internal Improvement Fund, under an act
of the Government Assembly of the State of Florida, entitled
An Act to provide for and encourage a liberal System of
Internal Improvements in this State approved January 6th 1855
for and in Consideration of the Sum of fifty Cents per acre, to them
in hand paid by William May of the County of Alachua State of
Florida, have granted, bargained, and Sold and do by these
presents grant, bargain, Sell, and Convey unto the Said William
May and his heirs and assigns forever, the following described
Lands, to wit, The North East quarter of the North West
quarter of Section Twenty nine in Township Seven, South of
Range Nineteen East Containing forty 02/100 Acres, and lying
and being in the County of Alachua, in Said State of Florida
To Have and to Hold, unto the Said William May and his heirs
and Assigns forever in fee Simple - In Testimony Whereof
Said Trustees have hereunto, Subscribed their names, and
affixed their Seals, and have caused an impression of the Seal
of the Florida State Land Office" to be made hereupon, at the
Capitol, in the City of Tallahassee, on this 24th day of June AD
