ami appointed under a decree of the Hon Thomas
L. Long Judge of the Circuit Court for the Suwanne
Judicial Circuit of Florida Sitting in Chancery dated
May 20th AD 1868 for Henry J. Bailey, Alexander C. Bailey
Orville B. Bailey, and Margaret R. Bailey, for and
in consideration of the sum of Three hundred &
twenty seven 10/100 Dollars to us in hand paid by
Thomas Blake of Alachua County, State of Florida
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have
bargained, Sold, released, and conveyed, and do
by these presents, bargain, sell release, and 
Convey unto the said Thomas Blake his heirs
and assigns forever all of our and each of our right
title, interest & profits of in and to a certain piece or
parcel of land, Situate, lying and being in the County
of Alachua and State of Florida, and known and
described as follows to wit, Commencing at a
Stake twenty three & half chains East from the half
mile Stake on the West boundary line of Section five
thence East Six hundred & thirty feet thence South
four hundred & twenty feet thence West six hundred &
thirty feet, thence North four hundred & twenty feet - To
Have and to hold the said described premises
to him the said Thomas Blake his heirs and assigns
forever in fee Simple - Signed Sealed and
