This Indenture made this third day of December AD one thousand
Eight Hundred and Sixty three, between Theophilus Williams
Trustee of Mary Ann Blair of the State of Florida and County of
Alachua party of the first part and John Crews Pelot of the 
same place party of the second part, Witnesseth, That the
said party of the first part for and in consideration of the
sum of Six hundred and thirty eight dollars to him in hand
paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath bargained
sold and conveyed and by these presents doth bargain sell
and convey unto the said party of the second part his heirs
and assigns all that certain tract and parcel of land lying
and being situate in the County of Alachua and known
and described as follows to wit.
                       The S Half of the NE1/4 and the NE1/4
of SE1/4 of Section Number Ten in Township Number Eight (8)
South of Range Eighteen (18) East containing one hundred and
twenty one acres more or less together with all and singular
the tenements hereditaments and all the right title and
interest in or to said land to which the said party of the
first part trustee as aforesaid is entitled To have and to
hold the said land unto the said party of the second
part, his heirs and assigns forever.
 And the said party of the first part as trustee of the
said Mary Ann Blair will forever warrant and defend
the title to said land against the claims of any
person or persons whomsoever.

                 This Indenture made the twelfth day of
January in the year one thousand Eight hundred and
Sixty seven between Jas H. Roper of the town of Gainesville
County of Alachua & State of Florida of the first part
and John H. Mengert of the same place of the second
part, Witnesseth, that the said party of the first
part for and in consideration of the sum of Five
hundred lawful money of the United States to
him in hand paid before the sealing
and delivery of these presents the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged.
