sold, aliened remised and released, and by these presents doth grant
bargain, sell alien remise release and convey unto the said James
Harrison and his heirs, all that portion or tract of land known
as lot one of the twenty thousand acre tract originally granted
to one Clarke being situated in the Arredondo grant in the
County of Alachua State of Florida being the North West Corner
lot of said twenty thousand acre tract lying North of lot 7 and West
of lot 2 of same said tract, containing sixteen hundred and sixty
six acres and sixty six hundredths, be the same more or less. To have and to
hold the said land and every part thereof with the appurtenances unto him the said
James Harrison and to his heirs, forever, in fee simple.
