Eight (800) Hundred dollars Paid to me by L.A. Wynn and Mrs
Emma Hirshfield of the County of Bradford and State aforesaid the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged do hereby give grant, bargain, sell
and convey unto the said L.A. Wynn, and Mrs Emma Hirshfield,
their heirs and assigns all the certain tracts or parcels of land
with the building thereon and all the privileges and appurten=
ances to the same belonging situated in said County of Alachua and
State aforesaid and bounded and described as follows to wit.
The North East quarter of the North East quarter and the North
west quarter of the South East quarter of section Thirty five in township
seven south of Range twenty two East containing Eighty acres more
or less also the South East quarter of the North East quarter of section
Thirty five in township seven south of Range twenty two East con=
taining forty acres. To have and to hold the above granted tracts
of Land and premises to the said L.A. Wynn and Mrs Emma
Hirshfield their heirs and assigns to them and their use and
behalf forever.
And I the said L.W. Kicliter, for myself and my heirs execu=
tors and administrators do covenant with the said L.A. Wynn and
Mrs Emma Hirshfield their heirs and assigns that I am lawfully
seized in fee simple of the afore granted premises That they are
free from all encumbrances that I have good right to sell and con=
vey the same to said L.A. Wynn and Mrs Emma Hirshfield their
heirs and assigns as aforesaid and that I will and my heirs
executors and administrators shall warrant and defend the
same to the said L.A. Wynn and Mrs Emma Hirshfield their
heirs and assigns forever against the lawful claims and demands
of all persons.
In witness whereof I the said L.W. Kicliter and I Perlign Kicliter
as wife of said L.W. Kicliter in our hands and seals this seventeenth
of October one thousand eight hundred and sixty eight (1868)

Be it remembered that on this seventeenth (17") day
of October AD eighteen hundred and sixty eight (1868) before me the sub
sciber a Justice of the Peace, in and for said County personally appeared
L.W. Kicliter and Perlign his wife and severally acknowledged that
they had severally executed the within instrument for the uses and
purposes therein mentioned, and the said Perlign Kicliter on the
private examination, a part from her husband, and acknowledged
that she executed the within instrument freely, and without fear,
or compulsion from her husband and I further certify, that the per=
son who made said acknowledgements, are known to me, to be
the individuals described in and who executed the within Instru=
