Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents
that I William H. Stringfellow of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida for and in consideration of the sum
of Five hundred and fifty five 44/100 Dollars to me in hand
paid by G.A. Quinby, W.D. Lindsey, James Chesnut, Charles
E. Haile, George A. Penny, W.H. Babcock & Geo L. Barnes as
the vestrymen of Trinity Church of Gainesville Florida, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have bargained
Sold, transferred, aliened, remised, released, Conveyed,
and Confirmed, and do by these presents, bargain, Sell,
transfer, alien, remise, release, convey and Confirm, unto
said G.A. Quinby, W.D. Lindsey, James Chesnut, Charles E. Haile
Geo A. Penny, W.H. Babcock & George L. Barnes as the vestry
men of Trinity Church aforesaid and their successors in
office all my right to the interest and property of in, and
to a Certain tract or parcel of land Situate lying and
being in the Town of Gainesville in said County and State
and Known in the Map of the Public Survey of said Town
as Lot number (1) one in Block (3) Three of Range (6) Six
lying on Main Street running North & South on said Street
Two hundred feet and running East and West One hundred
& twenty feet containing 54/100 of an acre more or less to have
and to hold the said described premises to them as such
vestrymen and their Successors in office in fee Simple for
ever, together with all and Singular the tenements heredit
=aments and appurtinances thereunto belonging or in any wise
appertaining And I the said William H. Stringfellow the
right and title to the said described premises in the said
vestrymen and their Successors in office will forever warrant and
defend, In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand
and Seal this Eighteenth day of December AD Eighteen hun
